In Brand New Condition.Please know this dress has so many areas with intricate embroidery and beading, especially since Bodice is heavily beaded, so this is really unavoidable through handling or previous Store try-ons. No rips or holes in the tulle mesh fabric, I don't notice,but I'm mentioning possible 'Minor' loose threading/beading just in case.
