I do know that there should be a skirt , but I don't have it .... But this is a WOW top. Vintage 1980s , possibly the 1970s
The first and last photos are best for color . Beaded front panel that snaps into place and hooks at the waist . I saw no missing beads but I might have overlooked one . ....doubt it . The back has a sheer , green drape that extends to the front .
