All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles & parts are not returnable for a refund or exchange.

. Defective or damaged RC vehicles & parts are to be warrantied by the RC mfg not BSM Sales Group/ RCCRawlerCountry. Buyer must register the RC vehicle or part with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid. Please inspect for shipping damage right away before opening box and if damage is suspected please contact us immediately and we will advise at that point. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless other accommodations are made by us or RC MFG.
