IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING/PURCHASING
This is NOT a chance auction. However, you are not bidding on a box or case of cards. The winner of this auction will receive ALL of the cards/items pulled from the team/spot listed in the TITLE of this auction (unless otherwise noted below) in a scheduled box/case group break!  In the event that NO cards/items are pulled for the team/spot indicated in the title of this auction, a minimum of 1 pack of cards will be sent to you in place of the hitless team(s) you purchased.  No one goes empty handed in our breaks!

The box/pack/case listed in the title of this auction will be opened in real-time during a LIVE video broadcast. The opening of the listed break along with past breaks can be seen live on our Facebook group located at

and will be posted to our YouTube channel shortly thereafter.

This break will occur at approximately

the night this auction ends.
The break will consist of one (1) unopened box of 2021 Gold Rush Full Size Authentic Helmet.
All helmets in this product are "authentic" (not replica) sporting equipment and some are specialty versions (chrome, matte, alternate, etc) and some will have inscriptions as well.  We are unsure with this product, but some Gold Rush helmet products have college helmets and those will follow the rules as outlined later in this description if any are in this product (goes to current team if still playing, longest tenured if retired).  All helmets in this product come with a Certificate of Authenticity from a major authentication company such as JSA, Fanatics or Beckett.
All 32 NFL teams are represented in this product.
Please note that this is a HIGH END helmet break and there is only one helmet being opened in this break.  As noted in the "important information" section above, everyone will still receive at least a pack of cards, but only one person can win the helmet.  Please do not bid on this auction if you are not ok with "skunking" (not winning the helmet) as 31 out of 32 teams in this product WILL SKUNK!  The winning helmet for that one person will be way more valuable than the buy-in for that team though!
All boxes/packs will be unsealed (from the factory) and opened live in view of the camera at all times to ensure fairness.
Please join our Facebook group BEFORE the start time of the break indicated above if you wish to watch the break live as we may not be available to accept you into the group while the break is running!
Payment:
We request that you please pay immediately after the last auction ends for this break (Redskins).  If bidding on multiple teams, please read the shipping section below to ensure you don't overpay for combined shipping costs. Payment MUST be received at least 30 minutes before the break is schedule to begin or you may forefit your team(s) in the break!
If you anticipate that you will be unable to pay on time, please contact us and we will try to make arrangements so you do not forfeit your position! We have no desire to exclude anyone from participating! We want everyone to enjoy the break and hopefully get some good hits!
Shipping:
Shipping rules are on a PER BREAK basis unless specially noted.  Please wait until all auctions of the same type end and we will send you an invoice with combined shipping based on the details below.

We are applying a flat rate shipping rule to these auctions.  If you are purchasing multiple teams, please wait until all of the teams are in your cart before paying to ensure you receive the flat rate.  If for any reason the rate is not combined, we will
send out invoices when all auctions for this break have ended.  We usually begin sending out invoices immediately after the last auction of the break ends (Redskins)

All cards/items will be shipped quickly and securely. We ship in a bubble
mailer with top loaders, team bags, and extra cardboard as needed for additional protection for cards.  Helmets ship in their original box with added padding if/as needed for shipping protection purposes

Additional Rules for the Break:
Cards with Multiple Teams:
If a non-base card shows multiple teams or players, a random pick will be done using random.org to determine the winner. There is no majority ownership, every team represented on the card has an equal chance. So if you own multiple teams on the card face, you have a better chance by default. We believe this is the fairest way to handle multi-team cards.  We do not typically publicly randomize multi-team base/insert cards due to time constraints.  However we will do so if requested in the chat during the break.
Panini Points:
If Panini Points are pulled, the points pulled will be randomized live to all spots in the break, unless the points spot was for sale. If multiple points cards are pulled, they will be given out to subsequent positions in the random (i.e. spot 1 in the list would get the "best" points card, spot 2 would get the next best, etc.)
Team Assignments:
Redemption cards will go to the team that will match the card after it is redeemed. If the player is an undrafted rookie that have never signed with a team it will be randomized between all participants. If the redemption is for a retired player, the retired players rule detailed in the next section will apply to the redemption.
In the unlikely event that a card is in question because of some unknown problem not covered in the above scenarios, it will be at the breakers discretion to assign a team.
Retired Players:
If a pulled item contains a player that was retired the year the card was produced and does not indicate a specific team (e.g college uniform or personal clothing), it will go to the team with which that player played the MAJORITY of their career.  In the event the person played for more than one team for the same amount of years it will be randomed between those teams.
Disclaimer:
There is NO guarantee that any specific player or team will be pulled from this break.
We only list teams that are available in the product, listed in the title, as defined in checklists provided by the manufacturer.
There may be some situations where not all teams are available on eBay such as if we allow pre-buy options to members of our Facebook group.
We cannot guarantee the quality of the cards that are in the sealed boxes from the vendor. We are very careful to protect all cards once opened, however we are at the mercy of the manufacturer/vendor in relation to the state of the cards before the boxes/packs are opened.
As per eBay rules, this is not a chance auction.
You are purchasing AT LEAST one card for the team noted in the auction title!  Any additional cards/items from the break are considered a bonus.
